Opportunity Overview

Our centrally located Winnipeg practice is seeking a confident and efficient Associate Dentist to join our high-demand clinic with a ready-to-fill schedule. Supported by a strong administrative team and a loyal returning patient base, this role is ideal for an experienced dentist who enjoys a fast pace, autonomy, and the ability to stay consistently productive.

Schedule

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (minimum 2 per month)

Clinical Scope & Growth Opportunities

• Basic Endodontics
• Basic Oral Surgery
• Removable Prosthodontics
• Emergency Dentistry

This is an independent clinical role suited to a provider comfortable managing two chairs and maintaining strong production levels.

• Fully Paperless Workflow

Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a dentist who is:
• Confident, efficient, and comfortable working independently
• Able to manage two operatories effectively
• Experienced in general dentistry and urgent care situations
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
• Prior clinical experience preferred

About You:

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

• Valid CPR certification
