Dentalcorp doesn’t follow a one-size-fits-all partnership model. Instead, we focus on structuring a partnership that offers Partners flexibility, and ensures our Partners maximize the value of their practice, either up front or over time. In some cases, this means that Dentalcorp acquires the clinic in its entirety while in others the Partner retains a financial interest in the practice. In both cases the Partner benefits financially from the growth of the practice and the growth of the Dentalcorp network.
Yes! With equity, Partners benefit financially from the growth of their practice and the Dentalcorp network. With the 2025 privatization, we were able to offer partners a 30% increase in their share value.
As a continued commitment to offering Partners liquidity, our equity partner has committed to purchasing dentist shares back on an annual basis if they so choose. Dentalcorp has a history of creating liquidity events for Partners. Every time we have brought in new investors we have offered our Partners the option to transact on their equity.
