From Classroom to Clinic: Six Graduating Students Begin Their Careers with Tuition Support and a Place in Our Network

Dentalcorp, one of the largest and fastest-growing dental support organizations in North America, has named the 2026 winners of its national scholarship program supporting the next generation of oral healthcare professionals.

The Academic Excellence Award gives each dental hygiene recipient $15,000 toward tuition and each dental assisting recipient $5,000, plus a full-time, two-year minimum contract at a Dentalcorp practice after graduation. These new graduates will gain real-world experience, mentorship, and a start in their careers with reduced debt.

2026 Dentalcorp Academic Excellence Award winners:

Dental Hygiene

  • Madison Pham (London, ON)
  • Nicole Oliver (Winnipeg, MB)
  • Madeline Brown (Kelowna, BC)
Dental Assisting
  • Samar Albirini (Fredericton, NB)
  • Emma-Leigh Foley (Charlottetown, PE)
  • Kaitlyn Peto (Saskatoon, SK)
"These graduates are joining a network that invests in them from day one," said Nicola Deall, Chief People Officer at Dentalcorp. "Removing the financial pressure of education means they can focus on what matters most, growing into confident clinicians with the mentorship and support to build careers that last."

To qualify, students must be in their final year of a dental hygiene or dental assisting program at a Canadian institution. Winners were selected by an internal panel led by Dr. Gary Glassman, Chief Dental Officer, based on academic achievement, extracurricular involvement, and embodiment of Dentalcorp's core values.

"What makes this program special is where it can take you," said Alyson Brennan, VP of Practice Recruitment. "With 600+ practices in our network, this year's winners are heading to clinics from Prince Edward Island to British Columbia, so whether a graduate wants to build their career close to home or somewhere new, there's a place for them."

Applications for next year's program open in January 2027 at dentalcorp.com/site/academicexcellence.
