Introduction & initial meetings
When you initially reach out to us, a local Partnership Development Representative will become your main point of contact. Lean on them for everything you need throughout the partnership process.

Analysis & partnership evaluation
As we continue through the process, your Partnership Development Representative will work with your team to collect all relevant data. At this point, you will be introduced to our Corporate Development team, who are tasked with analyzing your practice with mutual business objectives in mind.

Initial offer
After getting to know each other better, we will present you with an initial offer letter. While all Partners become owners and shareholders in Dentalcorp, the specifics of each offer are customized based on each Partner’s needs.

Offer signing
Once the offer has been discussed and refined, it’s time to finalize and sign the offer letter.

Closing process
Our financial and legal teams work with you to finalize the transaction and begin practice integration. This includes setting up your practice in our systems for banking and payment, supplier programs, etc.
We also begin training for your team on accounts payable, finance, payroll, etc., so your team is well equipped by the time the process is finalized.

Partnership day
It’s time to officially welcome your team to our network. At this point, you will be introduced to your local Director of Operations, who serves as your key point of contact from this point on.
During Partnership Day, we provide an overview of our organization, the benefits for your team, and answer any questions.

Ongoing support
The partnership process may be over, but our work together is just getting started.
In addition to your Director of Operations, you will also have access to experts and resources in all areas of the business.

Jamie Imeson
Jamie leads Dentalcorp’s Partnership Development team, guiding the company’s acquisitive growth and Partner renewal strategies across Canada and the U.S. Since joining Dentalcorp, he has played a key role in expanding the network, sourcing and negotiating partnerships, and supporting both new and existing Partners.
Cory Sears
Cory has extensive business development experience in the healthcare industry, having previously led sales teams at one of the country’s leading manufacturers.
Marc Gouron
Having previously worked at one of the industry’s largest manufacturers, Marc has extensive business development experience in the healthcare industry and an exemplary sales track record. He holds a bachelor of business administration degree from HEC Montreal University.
Alain Maranda
Having previously worked at one of the industry’s largest distributors, Alain has extensive business development experience in the healthcare industry and a track record of leading high-growth teams. He holds a business-marketing degree from Laval University.
Travis Hohner
With over 10 years of experience in the industry, Travis is a seasoned business development leader and recipient of multiple awards and distinctions, including Nobel Procera North American Sales Rep of the Year. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree as well as Diplomas in Research Analysis and Business Administration.
Matt Shulist
Matt has extensive knowledge of the Health Care sector, particularly in the field of dentistry, where he specialized in commercial healthcare lending for the past 10 years.
Dave Roberts
David brings more than 17 years of experience in the oral health industry, with extensive knowledge in managing national sales strategies and successfully leading high-performing sales teams.
Stuart Omsen
Stuart is an accomplished business development specialist with a wealth of experience in both the healthcare and technology industries. He brings with him over 20 years of experience.
J'aime Dobies
With over 18 years of experience in the dental industry, J’aime is a seasoned sales and business development leader with a strong focus on implant dentistry. He has held senior roles at a leading global manufacturer, supporting clinicians and driving growth across multiple regions. J’aime holds a degree from the University of Central Florida and is based in Florida.
