Dental Administrator - Township Road Family Dental Centre

Here at Township Road Family Dental Centre, we have a combined 24 years of experience between our doctors. This allows us to provide our patients with quality dental care that fits all of their unique and individual needs! Our qualified team of dental professionals offer a wide range of services such as general, cosmetic, surgical, and much more! Emergency services are also provided to patients in need of urgent dental care, even on the same day.

Conveniently located in Leduc, only 20 minutes south of Edmonton! 

 

Schedule:  

  • Monday 12:00pm to 8:00pm
  • Tuesday 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Wednesday 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Thursday 9:00am to 5:00pm
  • Friday 8:00am to 3:00pm

Your Role: 

  • Welcome and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and positive first impression 
  • Optimize the daily appointment schedule to ensure full utilization with minimal gaps 
  • Effectively manage the recall system and maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records 
  • Handle incoming patient calls and inquiries, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, changes, and cancellations 
  • Process referral letters and other patient correspondence from providers; organize, manage, and file all patient records and charts 
  • Proactively manage potential cancellations and address objections to encourage patients to keep their appointments 
  • Complete patient billing following treatment, process payments, submit insurance claims, and respond to fee inquiries in a professional and positive manner 

About You: 

  • Minimum 1 year of Dental Administration experience is required 
  • Experience with dental software programs is required 
  • Clinical background is considered an asset
