About the Opportunity

A Calgary Dental practice is seeking an experienced, comprehensive Associate Dentist to join a busy, well‑established practice in Calgary. This is a role with an existing patient base and a clinically demanding scope. The ideal candidate is confident working independently and highly skilled in advanced procedures including endodontics and oral surgery.

The practice sees steady patient flow and consistent scheduling, supported by strong clinical systems and modern technology.

Schedule Needing Coverage

  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Additional Details:

  • DDS chairs booked 1–2 weeks out
  • 2 DDS operatories allocated to the associate
  • Independent work environment—no mentorship available
  • CDA support provided

Clinic Overview & Team Structure

  • Active Patients: 3,000
  • RDHs: 3
  • New Patients: ~33 per month
  • Total Chairs: 9
  • Hygiene Chairs: 2–3

This practice provides a balanced mix of hygiene support and operatory access, ideal for an experienced clinician.

Required Clinical Skills

This position requires a dentist who is highly proficient in:

  • Bread‑and‑butter dentistry
  • Advanced endodontics (including molar retreats, calcified canals, etc.)
  • Advanced oral surgery (including impacted third molars)
  • Implant dentistry

About You:

  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

  • Valid CPR certification
