Location: Downtown Kelowna, BC

Schedule: 4 days per week

One Dental is a modern, patient-centred dental clinic located in the heart of downtown Kelowna. Our beautiful, contemporary practice is equipped with the latest technology, offers expanded evening hours, and provides a full range of services—from preventive care and Invisalign to children’s dentistry, root canals, extractions, and hospital‑based care through a unique partnership with Interior Health.

We are a collaborative, supportive team committed to delivering exceptional dentistry and creating positive experiences for patients of all ages.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Full‑Time Associate Dentist to join our growing team 4 days per week. This role is ideal for a dentist who values mentorship, modern technology, and a practice culture built on teamwork, communication, and high‑quality patient care.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages.

  • Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on education and prevention.

  • Collaborate with a team of dentists, hygienists, and support staff.

  • Contribute to a positive, welcoming clinic environment.

  • Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation.

Who You Are

  • A licensed (or soon‑to‑be licensed) Dentist in British Columbia

  • Passionate about high‑quality dentistry and patient experience

  • Comfortable working with a diverse patient base

  • A strong communicator and team player

  • Interested in growing clinically with the support of an experienced team

About You:

  • Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
  • Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
  • Valid CPR certification
