Associate Dentist- Aberdeen Dental Centre

ASSOCIATE DENTIST – ABERDEEN DENTAL CENTRE (VERNON, BC)

Aberdeen Dental Centre is hiring an Associate Dentist to join our beautiful, brand-new, high-tech practice in downtown Vernon. This is a true walk-into-a-full-schedule opportunity—our current associate is relocating in June 2026, creating an immediate patient demand and strong earning potential for the incoming provider.

• High earning potential: projected $80,000–$100,000/month production

• All the latest technology clinic: CBCT, iTero and TRIOS intraoral scanners, a Dentsply Sirona MCX5 in-house milling unit, and 3D printing to support streamlined digital workflows.

SCHEDULE & POSITION DETAILS

• 3–4 days per week (Monday–Friday)

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

CLINIC SETUP & TEAM SUPPORT

• 9 operatories total

• Associate set-up: 2 chairs per DDS + 2 dedicated CDAs

• Hygiene-driven practice: 5 hygienists

• Experienced assisting support: Certified Dental Assistants (CDAs) on-site

• Bread-and-butter dentistry with consistent restorative and crown/bridge demand

CLINICAL SCOPE & GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

This is a high-volume practice with a major opportunity to expand in-house procedures:

• Strong volume of restorative dentistry + crown & bridge

• Significant referrals currently going out for:

  • Endodontics (RCTs)

  • Basic oral surgery/extractions

  • Implant dentistry opportunities

We’re looking for a dentist who is:

• A strong fit culturally: friendly, collaborative, patient-focused

• Confident with bread-and-butter dentistry

• Ideally comfortable with extractions and RCTs (or motivated to grow into them)

• New graduates are welcome — mentorship and team support are available

About You:

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

• Valid CPR certification
