ASSOCIATE DENTIST (FULL-TIME) — SMILES AT FLEETWOOD DENTAL CENTRE

Smiles at Fleetwood Dental Centre in Surrey, BC, is seeking a Full-Time Associate Dentist to join a thriving, modern practice in one of Surrey’s fastest-growing communities. With a large, loyal patient base, strong daily new-patient flow, and a DDS schedule booked ~3 weeks out, this is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinician who values consistency, quality cases, and long-term growth.

• Consistent new patients: 4–5 new patients/day

• Specialist support onsite (monthly): Endodontist, Periodontist, and a provider focused on IV sedation/extractions

SCHEDULE (FULL-TIME)

• Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

• Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• iTero iOS (digital scanning)

• Digital X-rays

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are a patient-first clinician who enjoys comprehensive dentistry and thrives in a collaborative environment. You bring:

• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience

• Strong proficiency in restorative dentistry & prosthodontics

• Confidence in comprehensive treatment planning

• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and professionalism

• Ability to work harmoniously with a supportive team

• Surgical experience (an asset)

About You:

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

• Valid CPR certification
