ASSOCIATE DENTIST – TUSCANY DENTAL CENTRE (SAANICH / VICTORIA, BC)

Build an exceptionally busy, high-production schedule in a long-standing, family-based practice with a loyal patient base, strong systems, and a tenured team that makes your day run smoothly.

WHY TUSCANY DENTAL

• Established practice (in the community since 2009) with an outstanding reputation for patient care and communication

• 3,200 active patients and 30+ new patients/month

• DDS chair booked 2–3 weeks out

• Friendly, stable team (including long-tenured leadership) and highly compliant patients

FULL-TIME SCHEDULE:

• Monday: 8:00 am–6:00 pm

• Tuesday–Thursday: 8:00 am–4:00 pm

• Friday: Option to add (if desired/needed)

CLINIC SETUP & SUPPORT

• 5 operatories total

• Associate has 2 chairs dedicated for restorative/doctor flow

• 3 hygiene chairs with a strong hygiene program

• Clinical support: CDA support available to keep you productive and on time

TECHNOLOGY & SYSTEMS

• Paperless practice

• Digital imaging, including Pan

• Soft tissue laser

• iTero digital scanner

CLINICAL SCOPE

This is a high-volume bread-and-butter environment with room to expand.

Current mix includes:

• Comprehensive restorative / family dentistry

• Basic endo

• Invisalign

• Oral sedation (currently offered)

About You:

• Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process

• Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements

• Valid CPR certification
