M&A Integration Specialist (Bilingual)

Located at dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre and working alongside the Corporate Development team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful integration of new practices. You will manage the entire integration process by working cross-functionally with all departments to support a positive and efficient onboarding experience. In this role you will be a liaison between incoming practices and the rest of the Corporate Development team.    

In this role, you will 

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to determine the business needs and processes required to support successful practice integration from LOI to 90 days post‑partnership. 

  • Onboard new dental practices by training team members on Dentalcorp systems and business protocols. 

  • Manage an Integration Project Plan for each new practice; identify key milestones, potential shortfalls, and proactively follow-up to ensure Practice Managers and Partners have the knowledge, tools, skills and confidence to effectively integrate into our operations 

  • Provide team-wide status updates on each practice and ensure all key stakeholders are informed of progress throughout the Integration process. 

  • Own the relationship with onboarding Practice Managers and guide them through the integration process, including administrative tasks such as, banking, change of billing, payroll data. 

  • Triage, prioritize, and address onboarding‑related inquiries using our ticketing system. 

  • Keep abreast of new systems and processes within key departments and adjust training and new practice meetings as needed. 

 

What we’re looking for 

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English and French 

  • Experience in a similar role in M&A Integration or Project management is an asset 

  • Strong project management abilities with high customer service orientation, within a fast-paced, high growth environment 

  • Confident using all Microsoft Office applications, navigating and learning various technology systems

  • Experience in a dental practice is an asset

The salary range for this position is $72,000 to $82,000 CAD annually. Offers within this range are determined based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
