Beyond brilliant awards and recognition program
This program celebrates excellence while honouring both our collective strength and the unique identity of each practice. Each quarter, Dentalcorp highlights the top three practices for outstanding achievements across our three pillars: patients, practice, and people. At year end, the grand prize-winning practice is rewarded with an all-expenses-paid team trip to celebrate their shared success.
At the practice level, throughout the year, team members and leaders, have the opportunity to publicly recognize colleagues who are truly living our Beyond Brilliant values.
Events for team members
Here, community is real and every day counts. Dentalcorp hosts networking events, celebrations, CE and leadership development sessions for team members across the country to come together as a network. Practice Manager Off-Sites are hosted in each province, where PMs and Support Centre team members gather to share best practices, learn from one another, and build meaningful in-person connections.
