
Michelle Aube Simmonds
Michelle Aube (Simmonds) RDH is a professional and enthusiastic leader who has the ability to motivate and create a positive environment and uplifting learning atmosphere. As a true leader she has a remarkable finesse that empowers others to gain confidence to accomplish their goals. Michelle wears many hats in the dental community and for this reason offers a realistic ‘can do approach’.
Michelle is currently a clinical RDH in London ON leading a large dental hygiene department. She is an educator at Fanshawe College in Dental Hygiene and IPAC in both the Dental Hygiene Program and Continuing Education Program. She is also contracted by Fanshawe College as a Curriculum Developer for IPAC. Michelle is Maxill’s CE Manager and fulfills the role of research, writing and public speaking as well as product innovation. Michelle is a regular contributor to CDHA’s OH Canada RDH publication and a repeat lecturer at the ODHA Re-Energize Conferences.
Michelle’s knowledge and vast experience of over 30 years in dentistry speaks for itself. Her mission is to share her knowledge and deliver strategies to bridge the gap between ‘Evidence Based Decision Making’ and clinical practice. Michelle’s dedication to moving the dental profession forward has helped hundreds of dental professional’s reach ‘Best Practice’ goals.
