Neli Gontier

Neli Gontier – Manager, Dental Education & Clinical Programs, is an articulate and dynamic facilitator with many years of experience as a registered dental hygienist, educator, learning & development leader, practice management consultant, and corporate manager.

She has led diverse teams in various work settings and was instrumental in improving the knowledge and skills of team members through mentorship, continuous learning and professional development.  She has also led talent development, engagement surveys, and performance management.

Over the years, Neli has acquired multiple certifications including as an Everything DiSC^® (Genius Level) and a DiSC & the Five Behaviors^®  training facilitator. As a Gallup Strengths^® coach, she has helped clients learn about their talents and elevate their strengths to achieve their goals.

Some of her specialties include communications, leadership, customer service / customer experience, conflict resolution, infection prevention and control (IPAC), among other topics.

She is a life-long learner and strives to help others continually improve their performance while finding greater satisfaction in their roles.
