Appointment of Chief People Officer

Toronto, Ontario – January 7, 2021 – dentalcorp, Canada's leading network of dental practices, announced today the appointment of Nicola Deall to its Senior Leadership Team as Chief People Officer.

Nicola is a proven leader with extensive experience in high growth and large-scale businesses. She brings a wealth of knowledge in organizational design, people strategy, talent acquisition, systems implementation, and analytics. She has held several senior leadership roles throughout her career. Prior to joining dentalcorp, she served as a human resources executive for an international financial services company.

As Chief People Officer, she is responsible for the company’s overall human resources strategy, including the attraction, retention and development of the very best talent.
