Chloe Battalia

Chloe oversees the strategic and operational leadership of Dentalcorp’s Western region, supporting practice performance, team development and operational consistency across the network. She is a people-first leader who prides herself on building strong relationships to drive operational consistency and high-performing teams.

She brings more than 20 years of experience leading multi-site, consumer-facing organizations across Canada. Her experience includes senior leadership roles across national and franchise-based businesses, with a focus on operations, team development and scaling performance across large networks. She has held leadership roles with Little Caesars Pizza, Freshii, Manulife Financial and Boston Pizza International. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from York University and the University of Windsor.
