In May 2021, Dentalcorp (TSX: DNTL) achieved a historic milestone by becoming the largest healthcare IPO in Canadian history, raising over $950 million to support its growth strategies.
Nate Tchaplia
As President of Dentalcorp, Nate Tchaplia is responsible for the company's long-term strategy and day-to-day operations. With nearly a decade of experience at Dentalcorp, Nate has held several key positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Head of Operations, where he drove efficiency and innovation across multiple departments.
Dr. Gary Glassman
Dr. Glassman will help facilitate the company’s continued growth ambitions and champion programs to support the Practice Community in the delivery of optimal patient care.
Nicola Deall
Nicola oversees the company’s overall human resources strategy, including the attraction, retention and development of top talent across our Practice and Support Centre teams. She also leads the Human Resources, Talent and Training & Development teams.

Martin is responsible for leading Dentalcorp's end-to-end patient journey, providing our network with the resources to build relationships with their local communities and deliver best-in-class patient experiences across every touchpoint.
Jeff Forbes
Jeff is responsible for overseeing the company's technology portfolio, leading the strategy and delivery of the organizations IT operations and digital platforms.
Jeremy Goldlist
Jeremy is responsible for evaluating and executing strategic investments, acquisitions, and related initiatives to support the long-term growth of the company’s practice network.
Richard Maisel
Richard is responsible for accounting, treasury and tax matters as they relate to the financial integration of practices, risk and treasury management, accounting oversight, and tax compliance for the organization.
Joe Spagnuolo
As Senior Vice President of Operations, Joe plays a pivotal role in supporting Dentalcorp's operations. He leads a team who are instrumental in driving the organization's operational excellence, facilitating growth, and optimizing operations across Québec.
Vikas Sharma
Vikas leads the company’s partner transitions, practice optimization and provider outcomes. He is instrumental in optimizing provider days and visits in collaboration with the practice development and talent teams.
Robert Kosmrlj
As Vice President of Operations, Robert oversees the strategic and operational leadership for Dentalcorp's practices in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, working closely with practice partners, associates, and internal teams to drive growth, optimize operations, and uphold the company's values.
Harpal Hundal
Harpal leads Dentalcorp’s Operations Strategy and Insights team, supporting the advancement of the company’s operational model through strategic planning, performance analytics, and continuous improvement.

Rebecca Sampson
Rebecca is responsible for advancing patient care and supporting provider development across Dentalcorp’s network, leading the integration of clinical programs that strengthen delivery of care, expand skill development opportunities, and enable long-term growth for dental professionals.
Milen Arora
Milen is responsible for the organization's digital strategy, including implementing effective digital acquisition campaigns to attract and engage prospects, build brand equity, and maximize marketing returns.
Nick Pakkidis
Nick is responsible for the development and implementation of the organization’s procurement strategy and management of the procure to pay system with a strong focus on building key strategic vendor partnerships, and delivering cost effective, value added solutions to support the company and practice community.
Ryan McArthur
Ryan is responsible for the organization's real estate strategy, including lease negotiations, landlord relationship management, and oversight of practice renovations, expansions, and new build opportunities.
Alexandra Williamson
Alexandra (Alex) is responsible for dispute resolution, claims, and litigation and oversees all aspects of Dentalcorp’s risk management program.
Ali Jinnah
Ali leads the company’s practice business partnering and financial planning and analysis teams, offering valuable insights, analytics, and supporting forward-looking business performance activities.
