Danielle leads Dentalcorp’s talent and organizational effectiveness agenda, with a focus on strengthening leadership capability, enabling partner succession, and embedding ways of working that support performance at scale. Her work is centered on aligning people strategy with business priorities to support continued growth and evolution of the organization.

With more than 20 years of experience in senior people leadership roles across the UK, US, and Australia, Danielle has led large-scale transformation initiatives at organizations including Entain, Google, and Cisco. She brings deep expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, and executive coaching.

Danielle holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resources Management from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration & Sociology from Western University.
