CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER

As Chief People Officer, Danielle leads Dentalcorp's people strategy end-to-end, with a focus on aligning talent and organizational effectiveness with business priorities to support the continued growth and evolution of the organization. She oversees the Human Resources, Talent and Training & Development teams. 

A proven people leader with more than 20 years of experience in senior HR roles across the UK, US and Australia, Danielle brings deep expertise in organizational design, HR transformation, executive coaching and large-scale change management. She has held leadership positions at organizations including Entain, Google and Cisco. 

Danielle holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations & Human Resources Management from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Sociology from Western University.
