Mel Gogol

Vice President, Human Resources

Mel leads human resources at Dentalcorp, overseeing people strategy, operations and programs that support the growth, performance and development of teams across the network. 

She brings extensive experience in human resources across complex, multi-site organizations. Her background includes HR operations, organizational design, performance and recognition programs, and aligning people strategy to business priorities. She has held roles at Bluenotes and PwC. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Western University and a Master of Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto.
