Naz leads Dentalcorp’s organizational development department, which is focused on unlocking talent and leadership potential at all levels. Naz aligns people strategy with development programs that support business growth and operational execution - building cultures that empower a sense of accountability, deliver results, strengthen leadership pipelines, and enable high-performance in constantly evolving environments. Naz has 20 years of international experience working across various industries in both the public and private sector. She applies a strong evidence-based foundation as an organizational psychologist, translating behavioral science and systems thinking into practical, scalable business solutions.

Naz holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School (USA), MSc in Organizational Psychology from Manchester Business School (UK), and BA in Psychology from the University of Ottawa (CA). Community and thought leadership contributions have included being an official member of Forbes’ Coaches Council, Mentorship for early-career women through Accelerate Her Future, and Speaker at Future of Work, Women in Dental Support Organizations (DSOs), and Performance/HR Management Institute conferences.
